At Generation61:3, my heart is to serve children who are growing up in the shadow of military service, war, separation, trauma, and instability—both here in the United States and in Southeast Asia. As the son of a Vietnam veteran, I understand how the impact of war often extends far beyond the battlefield and into the lives of children and families for generations.
Generation61:3 exists to bring healing, hope, identity, and restoration to those children through Christ-centered care, mentorship, discipleship, practical support, and meaningful relationships. We desire to walk alongside military families, encourage children who carry invisible burdens, and remind them that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God.
At the same time, our mission extends to vulnerable children in Vietnam and throughout Southeast Asia who face poverty, abandonment, limited opportunities, or the lingering effects of past conflict and hardship. Through partnerships with trusted ministries, local churches, missionaries, and community leaders, we hope to provide compassionate support, educational opportunities, spiritual encouragement, and environments where children can flourish emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Generation61:3 is built on the promise of Isaiah 61:3—that God gives “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Our prayer is to become a bridge of restoration for a generation that may otherwise feel forgotten, helping children discover hope, purpose, belonging, and a future shaped not by brokenness, but by the redeeming love of Christ.
